Returns within 14 days
For online purchases, you may notify us of your withdrawal, without providing a reason, within 14 days of delivery. If items from a single order arrive separately, the period begins upon delivery of the last item.
Write to feduafashionshop@gmail.com specifying the order and the items in question, or send another explicit declaration of withdrawal. We will confirm receipt and provide instructions for the return.
Shipping the return
Ship the products within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. The direct costs of return shipping due to a change of mind are borne by the customer.

Condition of items
You may try on garments as you would in a store. Please handle them with care and keep the tags and packaging. Use beyond what is necessary to verify the characteristics and fit may result in a reduction of the refund proportional to the loss in value, within the limits of the law. The absence of the original packaging does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal also applies to discounted items. The only exceptions provided by law remain in effect, including custom-made or clearly personalized products and sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic or health reasons if opened after delivery.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Contact us at feduafashionshop@gmail.com describing the problem. The customer costs indicated above refer to a change of mind: your legal warranty rights and remedies at no cost to the consumer in the event of non-conformity remain unaffected.
Refunds
The refund will be issued within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, at no extra cost. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof of shipment, whichever is earlier. Standard delivery costs are refunded, but any surcharges for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer are not.
